The build standard
Why the frame is structural steel rather than timber, what that changes about lifespan and installation, and the full list of what comes as standard — doors, windows, lights, sockets, heating, flooring, insulation on all sides, delivery and installation.

How it works
The four stages from the first conversation to handover: free site survey and quote, drawings and 3D renders, fabrication in our Irish workshop, then three to four days on site for a turnkey finish.

Exterior finishes
Eight finishes on the one steel frame — Siberian larch, cedar and teak hardwood, plus zero-maintenance composites in teak effect, anthracite woodgrain, charcoal, sanded grey and navy.

Interior finishes
White panel, plasterboard, slatted wall panelling and gym panels, with the lighting, trim and media wall options photographed in finished rooms.

Home offices
Working rooms from 2 m upwards, with the popular 2 × 3 m, 3 × 3 m and 4 × 3 m sizes shown, and the data point and soundproofing options.

Garden rooms, canopies and verandas
Snugs, studios, gyms and guest rooms from 3 m to 10 m wide, and the canopies, pergolas and verandas built into the same frame under the same warranty.

Hidden store rooms, home bars, media walls, bespoke cabinetry and solar panel installations.

Live-in models
