We don't have a range of off-the-shelf sizes you pick from. We start with your garden, your boundary, your light — and design from there.

Sprout Pod is a workshop-to-garden operation. The people you speak to are the people who build your room. That's how we maintain the standard.

Ciarán came to Sprout Pod from commercial property and construction, where he spent his career on hotels, castles and venues nationwide — buildings where the finish is scrutinised, the programme is fixed, and a detail left unresolved on paper becomes an expensive problem on site.
He has more than 25 years across project management, design management and engineering, and he leads the design side of the business. Every Sprout Pod starts as a conversation about how a space will actually be used, and it is his job to turn that into a drawing that can be built — and to hold that standard from the first sketch through to handover.

Kevin has spent over 30 years in domestic and commercial construction, working on venues, private houses and infrastructure projects the length of the country. The range matters: a family home and a public building make very different demands of a builder, and he has had to satisfy both.
Engineering is where his depth lies — the fabrication tolerances, the load paths and the frame detailing that decide whether a building is still square in thirty years. He brings the same project management and design management discipline to the programme that gets each room manufactured, delivered and installed.
