All our Garden Rooms and Home Offices are made to order by our expert in-house team in Ireland. Delivery can take 10-14 weeks depending on the design you choose and the time of year. Contact us today for a free quote and advice on the current delivery times.

We can design and install garden rooms and home offices of any size. The rules in Ireland state you need to have 25sqm of outside space remaining after the room is erected.

Yes. The unique modular design of the Sprout Pods allows them to be carried in sections into areas with restricted access. You do not need a crane, allowing for quicker and easy installation.

Yes. There is a 25-year colour guarantee on the powder coating, if kept in the recommended storage conditions, as per the manufacturers terms and conditions, which will be provided in your order documentation.

Depending on the type of pod chosen they can range from Zero maintenance to very low maintenance.

There are a number of extras available, such as bathrooms, kitchens, decking, extended canopies, bars and bespoke cabinets.

We make all the bespoke cabinetry and bars in-house at our joinery workshop. If you require any bespoke options kindly let us know.

There are a number of bathrooms available. The standard bathroom is approximately 1.2m x 1m and will come with a toilet, wash hand basin and pedestal. There are options for cold water only or additional hot water supply. The hot water supply will be a hot water geezer and vanity unit. The exact specification is subject to change and will be provided with your quote.

There are also bathroom with shower options. The standard bathroom with shower is approximately 1.6m x 1.6m, with an 800mm x 800mm shower tray and 8.5kw electric shower. It will also include a toilet, sink and vanity unit. The exact specification is subject to change and will be provided with your quote.

Custom bathroom, sauna and hot tub designs are available on request.

There is no allowance for tiling. We recommend you source any tiles you would like for the bathroom space and a separate quote for tiling can be provided on request.

Extensive ground works are not required for most locations. All you need is to have a reasonably level area clear of any obstructions, shrubbery, etc

ALL our units come with a galvanised metal substructure which doesn’t require a concrete base, we have our own system in place to secure the metal substructure to every type of surface.

Yes we can if required, though generally most of our customers use a local contractor. If using a local contractor, guidance on completing ground works will be provided upon completion of your order.

The Pods are built to order in our workshop in Ireland. They are delivered to your door and arrive as a flat pack modular units, which we erect onsite

No. One of the advantages of choosing a Sprout Pod is that no crane is required to install them. Our modular design allows us to install onsite without the additional expense of a crane, saving you money and time

Popular sizes include 1m x 1m desk high windows, 2m high x 1m wide portrait windows, and 1m high x 2m wide landscape windows. The type and size of window available will depend on the size of your Pod. More than one window can be fitted.

Our pods come with stylish commercial grade laminate flooring as standard, offering high durability, which can be easily cleaned. Other floor coverings are available on request
